WordPress 3.0 is here!
On Thursday, June 17th, the WordPress camp released the new version 3.0 to the world. New enhancements and features make it the latest and greatest. This is an official release and you can upgrade through your dashboard or download the latest version and upgrade yourself.

If you’re using Artisteer for theme development, you’re out of luck. It doesn’t support the features and their development team is totally non-communicative about it.
If they fix it, I’ll change my tune. Until then, stay away from Artisteer.
